CONSTRUCTION PHOTOGRAPHS SEPTEMBER 2009

 Just three months ago - on the 21st June 2009, (PHOTOGRAPH ABOVE) the site was only just starting to take shape with concrete structures coming out of the ground.
 
Within the last three months, now in September (PHOTOGRAPH BELOW) there are clear platforms between groups of buildings with defined avenues. Each of the buildings is beginning to show off its architectural features whilst demonstrating a huge presence within the Cape Verde Island.
