Hope you are both well and enjoying your fantastic weather at the moment. Well I have to say how disappointed we both were after our recent visit to Cape Verde/Tortuga!!!!!!!!
 
Why because it was faultless in every detail,it takes a lot to impress us to the point that we feel so confident in our investment. Let me explain in detail because we were so impressed and it is only fair to all concerned.
 
On arrival at Sal airport we were met by Mark from the resort group, immediately felt at ease and comfortable in Marks company and information was flowing before we got to the car.
 
We drove passed our resort site (Tortuga) on the way to our hotel, well if you could have seen our faces it could have sold the remaining properties on Dunas for you !!
 
Impressive is not a word we use lightly, speechless, excited, shocked we could go on forever. We met Emma the following weekend again form the resort group, again felt so at ease with both there company and bonded within minutes.
 
We were treated with the upmost respect and natural friendliness you can imagine. It became quite clear early on that everthing about our visit was 5 star. My wife and myself could not stop asking questions and smiling with pure happiness during our time with Mark and Emma, both a credit to the resort group and yourselves.
 
When we met at the NEC in October 2007 Kayden Estates sold us a dream, we have been living that dream for the last 2 years, but this is no ordinary dream because it will come true!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
We cannot find the correct words to explain how we feel about Cape Verde, Tortuga, The quality, The location Etc. It was simple a faultless experience and returned totally confident in our purchase, it is not only in a fantastic location, not only a Quality Product but simply the best single investment we have ever made!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Anyone who cannot make there mind up about purchasing in Cape Verde should go and experience what we have, then if they have vision they will make serious money through any investment related to all resort group projects and of course all buyers should start the 5 star treatment through Kayden Estates.
 
We would both like to thank everyone involved in our investment, but we are so impressed I do not think it will be a rental investment anymore, It is beyond our dreams so we will be selfish and keep it just for ourselves!!

Hi, my wife and I have just returned from a two week holiday to Sal. This is our third holiday there.
 
While we were there, we met up with the wonderful and charming Emma Rose. Emma, took us to the Tortuga site and we were amazed to see the speed the units are being built. We visited last December 08 and it was just a plot of land with nothing on. Its good to know, all investors have chosen the right company in the resort group.
 
When I look at other sites on the island, it is reassuring to see our site is being built to a five star standard where others have slowed down and some have stopped altogether. Rob Jarrett and his team are doing a great job in keeping us all informed every month with their newsletter. Brilliant keep up the good work.
 
PS. Emma is very knowledgeable and always answers everyone's questions when they are fired at her. Next time we are over Emma, lets go for another curry.

Dear Karen
 
We have just returned from a week in Cape Verde and wanted to tell you that it exceeded our expectations in every way.
 
We were royally looked after from beginning to end by Mark from The Resort Group. After picking us up from the airport he along with his colleague Emma entertained us for the next three nights giving us a first class service with his expert and inside knowledge of Cape Verde.
 
The next morning we were picked up and spent the day touring the island of Sal and getting a real feel for Santa Maria, the locals and of course the Tortuga development.
 
We are now convinced that our decision to by an apartment there 2 years ago was definitely the right decision. We have every confidence in The Resort Group and believe the development is going to be exceptional.
 
We continued to be entertained and finished off our tour of the island with a scrub in the mud baths in the salt waters of the volcano, our skin now feels incredibly soft and all ailments healed!!
 
The expanse of white sand and turquoise waters was better than excepted and so was the delicious food.
 
Thank you for all your help and guiding us in our decision to buy on Tortuga. I can wholeheartedly recommend the professional and efficient service of everyone at Kayden Estates.

As discussed last night I do have to say that the communication form the Resort Group is excellent, I have friends who have bought ‘off plan' elsewhere (not cape Verde) and they have nothing, they have no idea where their development is at unless they find out for themselves. We have received a newsletter every month that has kept up to date and I can't wait to see Dunas for myself! This is our first investment in property abroad and we appreciate this level of communications keeps our minds at rest.
 
Also as well as your newsletter from yourselves, any development in the process no matter how small, Kayden Estates also let us know either by phone or email to make sure we do have the most up to date information.

'We went back to Cape Verde in September and it was really exciting to see how well Tortuga Beach is coming on. We were also really surprised at how much Sal has developed with so much more to do there now. It really is taking shape. Everyone we spoke to while we were there couldn't get enough of the place. We are feeling more and more confident that we have invested in the right place.
 
I also wanted so say what a great service we have always received from both the agents, Kayden Estates and The Resort Group. No matter what help or information we have needed, nothing is ever too much trouble and you both always spend as much time with us as we have needed. Thanks for your email dated 21st October 2009, we were very impressed with the progress made on Tortuga Beach Resort and could not believe our eyes at the speed of build and quality of workmanship.
 
The Resort Group should be praised for the build programme that they have achieved in such a short space of time. We both feel very confident with the Resort Group and the friends we took with us may purchase on Dunas Beach Resort. I own a building company in the UK and am not easily impressed with speed of build, but on this occasion I was. Please pass on our regards to Emma from the Resort Group who was waiting at the airport to take us for a tour of the site and please could you forward this to the Resort Group.
