The majority of purchasers of property in Cape Verde reserve a property without visiting so as not to lose out as property is selling very quickly.
Although many of our investor clients prefer to secure units by telephone, if this is not possible then we can arrange a fully tailored viewing trip.
Specifically designed to your needs, our visits can be arranged on your behalf by our experienced head office team who will take the hassle out of the visit by organising all the travel bookings on your behalf.
At present we offer viewing visits only to the island of Sal as we feel Sal is the premium island for investment and lifestyle properties as it is more developed than the other islands.
For £299 you will enjoy direct flights to the islands from Manchester, London Gatwick or Heathrow, be transferred to quality accommodation just 15 minutes' from the airport and later have an evening meal in the capital of the island, Santa Maria.
The following day, after a relaxing nights' sleep, will be spent looking at the development sites, exploring the surrounding area, lunching at the Beach Club, meeting with an independent lawyer should you wish to discuss the finer details of buying a property in Cape Verde and then rounded off with another tasty Cape Verdean supper. The final day will offer a chance to re-visit the developments, see more of the island and enjoy a last lunch before setting off home.
Bearing in mind that whilst Cape Verde is in its infancy as an emerging market and the choice of direct flights is currently limited, a return airfare can cost anything from £300 to £350 before you start adding meals and quality accommodation into the equation.
