Viewing Visits
 
Kayden Estates viewing visits comprise usually of a 4 day visit to view developments and properties to become familiar with the area in which you are looking to purchase. This helps to take the worry and stress away from buying a property overseas in a region you may not be completely familiar with.
 
On a typical viewing visit you would arrive in the region of your choice and be met by one of our representatives who would take you to your local hotel accommodation. The following couple of days you will be shown not only properties but the local areas that the properties are situated in. Depending on the area you are going to will depend of wether our representatives will entertain you in the evening or whether you will be left to your own devices to explore the area. All breakfasts and lunchs are included in the inspection visit and obviously if you go out in the evenings with our representatives your evening meals will also be included in the cost of the visit.
 
To book a viewing visit you do not need to know which properties you want to view, all you need to do is to give our consultants an idea of your budget and what type of property you are looking for.
 
All tours take place in clean, safe and air-conditioned vehicles with a sensible driver and our viewing visits do get booked up very quickly so early booking is recommended to guarantee the best attention at all times.
